Stage Hands Design  will work directly with you, the homeowner, or your Realtor to properly "stage" your home for sale.  An initial one hour consultation is required to assess your property from "curb to closets!"  Guidelines for successful "staging" will be delivered in a staging report based on our consultation.  Stage Hands Design  will also present a job estimate for taking your property to "staged for sale" condition.  By letting Stage Hands Design  professionally "stage" your property, you can preserve more of your valuable time for other things like packing or finding the new home of your dreams!

"STAGING" CONSULTATION

If you are a "do-it-yourselfer" and would like to complete your own project, the staging report, provided after the one hour consultation, will serve as a guideline for success.  Cosmetic repair needs, style changes and curb appeal enhancement suggestions will be provided to help highlight your property's strengths and minimize potential drawbacks.

"Staging" Consultation:  1 hour at $100.00.  $75.00 for each additional hour.
Full Service "Staging":  quote based on project scope
$20.00 per man/per hour if movers are needed.
